About the Prints

My prints use the digital technique of giclee, carefully adjusted to give the same sunny images as the paintings they are taken from.

They are printed on archival quality Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308gsm paper, using Epson UltraChrome pigment inks, giving a high quality print with a wide colour range, and excellent light-fastness and longevity. 

The prints are available in several formats - 

FIRST EDITION – in a run of 100 - the first to be released, and reflecting the proportions of the original painting. This format has been available since the Grosmont Gallery asked for a range of prints in 2006. Since the release of the SQUARE EDITION in 2012 this format is available online only.

SQUARE EDITION – in a run of 100 - a response to requests from customers for prints of the same size for display as a set. Available in galleries and online.

The SMALL PRINT range – in a run of 200 - suggested by a gallery owner in Robin Hood's Bay and very popular as holiday gifts and souvenirs. Also available in galleries and online.

And new from 2022, the EXTRA - in response to the many requests we’ve had over the years, we can now offer a larger version of the FIRST edition - thanks to Epson and their new desktop A2 printer.

The EXTRA print has a run of 50, and is available online and from selected outlets.

We put our most popular prints into the online shop, but if you've seen an image that you liked in a gallery or on the Paintings page, but can't find it in the shop, send us a title or description - it's almost certainly available, and we can sort out an order by message, phone or email.
